Yos is one of our founders and serves as Managing Partner.
Yos has more than a decade of experience in litigation and arbitration. He has represented both domestic and international clients from a number of different industries. His main practice including bankruptcy, civil and commercial disputes, construction services disputes, family law disputes and industrial relation disputes.
Aside from litigation and arbitration, Yos expand his expertise in a corporate and commercial area. Yos has provided legal opinions and legal recommendations as well as drafted and reviewed legal documents for clients who are in the field of banking, insurance, financial institutions, land and property, port services, and transportation services for years.
Yos graduated from the University of Indonesia. He is also a member of Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and is licensed to practice as an Advocate in Indonesia.

  1. Representing 2 (two) large-scale meat importer companies as the plaintiffs in relation to administration claim on the rejection of meat import quota at the Jakarta State Administrative Court. (2011)
  2. Representing one of a blue-chip Indonesia State-Owned Company (BUMN) in a settlement of the national retirement funds disputes. (2014)
  3. Representing a subsidiary of one of the largest oil state-owned enterprise in submitting a Judicial Review relating to the dispute in oil drilling activities at the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia. (2015)
  4. Representing one of the world’s largest nickel companies as the respondent in the intervention claim relating to the cancellation of an export permit for concentrate at the Jakarta Administrative Court. (2015)
  5. Representing the biggest electric state-owned enterprise in facing an arbitration claim relating to the construction of electric line distribution at the Indonesia National Board of Arbitration (BANI). (2016)
  6. Representing one of the biggest hospitality companies in Indonesia in negotiation process relating to the dispute that arises from the implementation of a construction project of the company. (2017)
  7. Representing a port service state-owned enterprise in facing a civil claim relating to the usage of port services for import goods at the District Court of Medan. (2017)
